This 110m2 apartment is the ground floor of a ravishing bask house with a 750m2 garden around. On the village side you can enjoy a country spirit, meals at the stones terrace, on the ocean side it is the pleasure to overlooking one of France’s [and world’s] best known surf break – Parlementia-

In the kitchen, a half-professional ”piano”, a big fridge with ice machine, a wine cellar and a Le Creuset cookware. A Miele appliances throughout clothes washer and dryer at the laundry room.
The furniture is a learned mixture of antiquities, custom made and Ralf Lauren furnitures. Same for the household linen.
